The neighbourhood around the former Colomer Munmany factory, area into which the city is expanding, is distinguished by its proximity to the riverfront area. This project was especially sensitive to the surrounding urban environment, and the layout was modelled with special care to create visual guidelines between the Mèder River and Mèder Avenue. In this way, we created a balance between the lower floors (living spaces) and the upper floors (offices). The project is distributed as a continuous building of eleven modules around the perimeter of the block.
