The building is facing south, shaped like a bow after following the curve described by the Travessia de Montigalà northern ring road. It is raised in a very special location, since it is the highest point of Sant Jeroni St.
The reason why the building is faceted is that the planning regulations suggest the breaking down of a long block into smaller ones. The scheme is divided in three parts each of them with a stair and lift core in the centre serving two units per floor with façades at both sides of the block. In the southern façade of the building, facing Badalona, the sixth and seventh storeys are set back from the main façade in order to reduce the visual impact of its height.
The change in the section on the sixth and seventh floor results in the creation of six duplex units at the top of the building.
