LIMITED COMPETITION PARTICIPATION | 2006

The scheme is based on the juxtaposition of two residential blocks with a variable height placed perpendicularly to the avenue and facing south. The high rise blocks are sitting on a pediment which holds retail/commercial units when in contact with the avenue and ground floor housing in the rest. The relationship between the height and the proximity of both blocks is of such a proportion that the scheme is understood as a unit, despite the fact that both blocks are totally independent.
