The different facades are treated according to their orientation, more open facing south and more closed on the northern side, with double glass on the eastern and western facades. The southern facade has heavy concrete slabs for protection from the sun, while the northern side, without balconies, alternates stretches of glass with blank walls of lacquered aluminum panels. The eastern and western facades are protected from the sun by a double skin of etched glass that makes an opening of about a third of each section of wall.
